Are you looking for a new place to live next year? Join us at the Durham Students’ Union Housing Fair! This event is designed to be your one-stop shop for all things housing-related. Whether you’re a fresher, living in college, an international student, or just looking for housemates, this fair has something for you.

What to expect:

Meet landlords and agents, explore available properties and book viewings (there are enough houses, so there’s no need to rush your housing search).

Participate in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) workshops for advice on house-hunting and budgeting.

Support from the University Student Support team, Durham County Council, Student Money Advisors, Durham Tenants’ Union and Parish Council representatives.
