Covers a range of media law topics to help those publishing online or in physical form to safely undertake their roles. The training will cover defamation, contempt of court/lawful reporting of criminal cases, the OFCOM broadcasting code and IPSO editorial code, use of copyrighted materials, privacy, election reporting and what actions to take if a problem arises or you receive a complaint about something you or your group have published.
